About the role

 

This role drives improvements across operational transfer pricing, including processes, calculations, and compliance. You will work cross‑functionally to strengthen transfer pricing governance, documentation, and automation in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

 

  • Drive and support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including central coordination of benchmark updates.
  • Lead initiatives to improve operational transfer pricing processes and controls.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze financial data for operational transfer pricing and TP calculations.
  • Prepare, maintain, and monitor intercompany agreements.
  • Support the tax control framework and assist during transfer pricing tax audits.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance transfer pricing calculation models, including in MerlinXL and automated tools.
  • Evaluate international cost allocation methodologies, reviewing inputs, assumptions, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting Controlling, Supply Chain, Product Costing, and other global stakeholders.

 

Job requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Tax, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid knowledge of transfer pricing principles, with hands‑on exposure to operational TP and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of business models, value chains, functions, and risk analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage data requests, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with experience working in international, cross‑functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with SAP as a source system is a plus.
  • Exposure to CFIN, HFM, MerlinXL, or transfer pricing automation tools is a nice to have.
