About the role
As an expert, providing high quality trainings and development of technical skills for internal and external participants in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Preparation, organization and managing training sessions for external and internal participant for the organization’s products and/or services.
- RDesigning training sessions and education materials in scope of organization needs.
- Skills development and helping participants acquire new theoretical and practical competences.
- Analyzing training needs and identification of gaps in knowledge, including progress assessment.
- Monitoring and analyzing training results to continuous improvement and sharing to organization, motivation for CI.
- Maintaining relationships with other training specialists and external suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to the organization's training policy.
- Healthy and safety training participants in accordance with organization standards.
Key requirements
- Higher education preferably in Engineering.
- 3 years plus of experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
- Knowledge of building materials products and familiarity with painting application or very good training skills in similar field.
- Knowledge of local legislation and regular practices in the area of complaint regulation.
- Research capabilities for gathering information on competition and industry news.
- Analytical skills relevant to the job function.
- Advanced user of MS Windows and MS Office applications.
- Very good knowledge of English and fluent in Polish.
- Very good communication skills.
- Readiness for travelling.
- Driving license B cat.
