About the role
Join our Invoice to Cash (I2C) team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in finance operations within an international business environment. This internship is designed for students and recent graduates who want to develop their language and business communication skills while learning how global organizations manage customer accounts and administrative processes. You will work closely with an experienced mentor and receive structured onboarding, training, and day-to-day support.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Invoice to Cash team with daily administrative and operational activities.
- Prepare reports and assist with simple data analysis.
- Manage shared mailboxes and support business communication.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders and customers on outstanding actions.
- Assist with basic Credit Management and Cash Application tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and support process documentation.
- Use foreign language skills in day-to-day communication with colleagues and business partners.
- Collaborate with team members while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Job requirements
- Current university student or recent graduate, preferably in Language Studies, Applied Linguistics, Business Languages, Finance, or a related field.
- Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Good command of an additional European language, preferably German or Dutch.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in working in an international business environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
