Job Responsibilities

  1. Deliver the agreed financial and non-financial targets in line with business budgets.
  2. Develop and maintain contact map within each account – at all reporting level and across all functions.
  3. Drive Continuous Improvement across the organization to generate value to customers -Forecast, Service, capability, efficiency and productivity.
  4. Collaborate with cross functional teams including relevant teams at the key accounts to prioritize new developments and make plans for trials.
  5. Provide support and leadership to technical teams by showing vision, putting in resources to ensure high service levels and operational efficiency.
  6. Promote and drive new business projects with key accounts to grow sales and steer business / sales into our customers.

Experience

  1. Knowledge & Work Experience - Paints and coatings industry, any B2B industry environment. Over 5 years of work experience in commercial roles as sales.
  2. Degree - Minimum bachelor’s degree.
  3. Skills - Problem solving, customer relationship development, stakeholder management, drive, results orientation, communication and presentation, basic financial concepts, basic English skill, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
