Key Accountabilities
-Prepare and post rule-based journal entries based on received information
-Monitor and maintain local chart of account following standard chart of account
- Perform the monthly, quarterly, hard-close and year-end-financial closing in an accurate and
timely way for the entities in the region
- Perform local statutory reporting in the region, ensure all reports are in compliance with
IFRS/PRC GAAP and local tax rule
- Prepare BS reconciliation to ensure all account balances are appropriately supported and
properly stated and comply with policy
- Prepare other regulatory filings and respond to inquiries of local authorities
- Monitor and execute risk and hedging invoice-based transaction
- Support on local statutory audit, group audit and tax audit on GL process
- Identify and signal recurring issues for further process improvement
- Conduct Month end closing, account reconciliation
- Assist periodic physical inventory counts .
- Support for group audit, PRC audit and tax audit for inventory accounting - Other adhoc tasks assigned by manager
Experience
-Bachelor degree in finance or accounting or above;
- Above 3 years finance/GL working experience in a multi-national manufacturing
company
- Be familiar with Office Software especially proficiency in Excel, SAP experience is
preferred
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Team player with positive attitude
