Job Purpose
Responsible for developing powder coatings for EV marketing. (70%)
Establish new standards, test methods or new application processes for EV market (20%),
Assist marketing department to understand market demand and leverage EV products knowledge globally. (10%),
Key Accountabilities
Planning and organizing the activities including well-defined goals and milestones and requires resources for EV powder coatings development
Make sure our products can be well applied through develop relevant method and equipment to standardized coating process and parameters
Protection of AkzoNobel technologies by IP if necessary
Functional guidance of Specialists/Technicians by provide training
Experience
Experience,
• Have EV industry working experience
• Have functional coating development experience/expertise, such as heat management, electrical management, conductivity, adhesive, ink etc.
• Have powder coating development experience prefer if possible
Education Level,
•Technical educational in relevant field, e.g. chemistry, chemical technology, environmental, electrical science bachelor, or master’s degree etc.
Competencies,
•Have products insight to help product launching/selling
•Translate customer needs and marketing trends to products requirement
•Well known of green energy or coating industry
•Improve current products and develop new products in an innovative way
•Solve customer complaints and manufacture issues
•Protect IP and managing knowledge during product development
Formulate products under formulation rules/DOE
