Job Purpose

This job position is in charge of plant projects management, equipment & process safety management, maintenance planning & coordinating.   The main purpose of this job is :

• Be responsible for plant project management and engineering contractor management;
• Manage plant process safety and equipment safety (PSM);
• Follow and manage MOC system (Management of change);
• Maintain and update plant technical document system;
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, planning, process, operation and  HSE team for daily engineering work.

Key Accountabilities

• Be responsible for project study and project documentation preparation;
• Be responsible for approved project carrying out and acceptance;
• Be responsible for plant technical documentation management;
• Be responsible for plant process safety and equipment safety management;
• Be responsible for maintenance and preventive maintenance plan;
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, planning, process, operation and HSE team for daily engineering work;
• Support engineering manager for contractor management;    
• Support engineering manager for engineering standardization management;
• PTW site implement to ensure daily work safety  
• Follow and manage plant MOCs.

Experience

• Education : Bachelor and above in a major field of engineering or technical on Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, chemical Engineering , Industrial Technology  or  equivalent ;  
• At least 8 years  work  experience in  project management or maintenance management in chemical plant;  Working experience at engineering or maintenance area in Multinational chemical company is a plus;
• Must be familiar with chemical industry HSE&S regulations & laws
• Understand change management in chemical plant
• Fully understand permit to work system in chemical plant
• Knowledge of  mechanical or instrumentation  in chemical plant;
• Knowledge  of  project management ;
• Good communication skills;   
• Knowledge of  HSE ; 
• Understand HI & RA in chemical area;
• Be fluent in written and spoken English
• Skill CAD user
