Project Engineer, Songjiang site

Job Purpose

To perform the capital equipment, production process and utility so as to ensure plant operations.执行资 本设备、生产过程和公共设施，以确保工厂运营。

To control the project budget and project quality under the required project plan. 在规定的项目计划下控制 项目预算和项目质量。

To manage the files of the project and the spec to the equipment and the device. 管理项目的文件和设备及 装置的规格。

Key Accountabilities

▪ Coordinate all project elements including design, quality planning, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and et.al. 协调所有项目要素，包括设计、质量规划、制造、安装、调试和其他方面。

▪ Anticipate any potential project risks, identifying and establishing corrective actions. 预测任何潜在的项 目风险，确定并制定纠正措施。

▪ Proactively seek out opportunities for new or repeat business. 主动寻找新的或重复的业务机会。

▪ Assist with design verification and sign off reporting. 协助设计验证和签署报告。

▪ Establish and monitor the overall plant activities for production schedules and quality standards according to finalized customers’ production requirements. Experience

▪ Bachelor’s degree in chemical or engineering or equivalent major 化学或工程专业的学士学位或同等专业

▪ Proven Project Engineering/Project Management experience 已证实的项目工程/项目管理经验

▪ Advanced Microsoft user to include Project and Excel software 高级微软用户，包括项目和 Excel 软件 ▪ Conflicts management, and work management, planning and organizing 冲突管理，以及工作管理，计划和组织

▪ Great communication skill both English and Mandarin 良好的英语和普通话沟通能力

▪ Familiar with PSM and own experience on leading HAZOP review 熟悉 PSM，有领导 HAZOP 评审的 经验
