About the role

Are you someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and keeping things running smoothly? As a Customer Service Representative, you play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

In this role, you are responsible for managing the full order to cash process, supporting customers with their questions and ensuring orders are handled accurately and on time. You work closely with sales, logistics and back office teams to make sure everything aligns and runs efficiently.

This is a dynamic position where no two days are the same. It suits someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, takes ownership and enjoys building strong relationships.

What you will do

  • Manage and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Act as a first point of contact for customers and handle day to day communication
  • Monitor order progress and proactively inform customers about changes or issues
  • Register and resolve customer complaints, ensuring proper follow up and documentation
  • Ensure smooth coordination with logistics to guarantee on time delivery
  • Support the order to cash process and maintain data accuracy in the ERP system
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including sales, logistics and back office
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
  • Maintain clear and accurate customer records and documentation

What you bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication skills and a customer focused mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under time pressure
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems and handling administrative processes
  • A proactive and solution oriented approach
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team player mentality
  • Commercial awareness and ability to understand customer needs

Language requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Dutch and additional languages are a plus
