Job Purpose

Handle QC lab works management
Assist quality manager for QC management
Assist quality manager to finish the 3rd party test plan
Master the food safety tests
Take part in quality system management
Run annual GR&R to improve the measure system
Other refer to the responsibility of QC engineer

Key Accountabilities

General

•Take management works on quality control of RMs, FGs, in process materials, including the food safety tests

•Take part in required quality check and investigation for the customer need

•Responsible for HSE and 5 S works of QC.

•Take part in site HSE programs

•Assist quality manager and cooperate with QA supervisor

•Take part in quality system management

•Take management of shift QC according to production plan

HSE

•Assist quality manager on the HSE management of QC laboratory and comply with HSE, PSM standard.

•Be an active member of site HSE and PSM programs.

•Be a MOC coordinator of department

Daily work

•Assistant quality manager to make the daily shift arrangement.

•Work as the lab leader to achieve quality targets.

•Monitor the QC daily test works and ensure all tests are done correctly and in time.

•Investigate any production quality issues and take actions

•Take responsibility for QC test including GC, LC, FTIR, Coating application test, PSA application test, Latex test, etc. if need

•Master the food safety tests and take the annual plan

Department work

•Take the daily shift QC arrangement.

•Take management works on quality control of RMs, FGs, in process materials, including the food safety tests

•Monitor the QC daily test works and ensure all tests are done correctly and in time.

•Take part in to Investigate any production quality issues and take actions

•Run annual GR&R to improve the measure system

•Take responsibility for QC record and QC data upload and update

•Initiate continuous improvement programs and deliver the results

•Attend MDT as representative of QC

•ITF of visual management for continuous improvement.

•Internal trainer on Continuous Improvement Programme

Others

•Other activities assigned by quality manager

Experience

Qualifications/ Education:

•Bachelors’ degree or above, Major of chemical related

Business and/or Functional Skills/ Knowledge:

•Knowledge of chemistry analysis or test.

•Knowledge of GC, LS analysis, etc.

•Ability or experiences of team work.

•Working in multinational company preferable

Experience:

•5 years working experience at least
