Process Engineer

Key Accountabilities

-Follow HSE procedure, participate in the relative Hazard Study, PSSR, MOC and JSA, make sure all process related activities comply with HSE standard.
-Be responsible for the corresponding process safety in daily job as well as the project management.
-Be responsible for product quality: unqualified rate control; quality incident investigation; rework control; quality training.
-Take care of daily operation process: work order approval, problem solving.
-Key person for process upgrade: yield improvement, capacity improvement, waste reduction, energy saving etc.
-Initiate or implement continuous projects to deliver the results.
-Verify process feasibility of new projects, installation of new equipment or introduction of new process steps or new product; support the installation and commissioning in all these cases.
-Set up and update SOP, make sure all process related activities comply with ISO9001.
-Other activities assigned by supervisor.

Experience

-Bachelor in chemical engineering, polymer, chemistry etc, at least 3 years experience of polymer, chemical engineering or chemical related.
-Familiar with the knowledge and process of poly-reaction.
-Strong knowledge of chemical and chemical engineering is preferred.
-Data analysis and troubleshooting skills.
-Good communication & coordination skills.
-Proficient in English.
