Territory Manager - Distributor
Field Based (Norfolk/ Suffolk/ Essex/ Cambs)

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced / new to sales professional to use their skills in a business that is expert in making coatings. Polycell, Hammerite, Sikkens and Armstead via our Trade, Retail and Automotive channels in your region. 

The Role 
•    Work with designated accounts in your territory to deliver sales, profit and share and cash collection targets 
•    Prospect for and develop new distribution opportunities  
•    Developing appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods as well as providing quality of service 
•    Execute business sales plans, marketing initiatives, new product launches, promotions and more to grow profitability 
•    Review our brand presence and maintain our brand leadership status by regularly merchandising our products to gain maximum awareness in store  
•    Deliver customer service levels that ensure the market continues to use AkzoNobel products above all others. 

About You 
•    Sales experience or a willingness to learn on the job  
•    Good at building relationships at all levels  
•    Excellent communication, interpersonal and practical financial skills 
•    An understanding of category management and an eye for effective merchandising 
•    Excels at achieving targets and are resilient in negotiations. 
•    Full driving licence
