Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities
• 参加各类学习和培训,不断提高自身能力,并顺利通过考核,达到专家顾问型要求。
• 辅导销售和TS提升专业技术能力,帮助他们通过各类考核,确保结果达标。
• 负责重点客户和重点项目的现场服务,保质保量提供服务报告和反馈,不得出现因本人技术服务因素而导致的投诉。
• 协助销售和经销商进行重要项目的招投标工作,负责编制和提供日常技术文件。
• 协助销售和经销商处理投诉:24小时内对投诉做出反馈,72小时给出解决方案,配合其他部门完成对产品的改进和测试。
• 必须按时提交各类日常报告,包括工作日志、月报告、项目服务报告、用量监控表等。
• 现场服务100%安全,符合公司SSHE准则。
Key Activities

Experience
• 熟悉Word/PPT/Excel等办公软件。
• 有10年以上的装饰漆、防腐漆或地坪漆的现场服务经验,有防腐漆经验者优先。
• 有NACE II等专业证书者优先。
• 优秀的沟通能力和解决问题能力,有独立技术答辩能力和独立组织并参与技术交流的能力。
• 有一定的装饰漆、防腐漆或地坪漆各种效果的动手能力,有防腐漆动手能力者优先。
• 有丰富的技术培训、产品推广、项目投标经验。
• 工民建或化工相关专业专科以上学历,有本科学历者优先。
• 有基本的英文读写能力。
