Job Responsibilities

制定并优化设施、各类设备的日常运维及预防性维保方案，监督相关行政、数据统计工作按制度规范落地执行。
深度排查设备故障，分析故障根源，制定专业维修方案；指导设备拆解、配件更换、组装调试等作业，熟练运用设备技术手册及各类技术资料。
对外协作业人员进行管理、现场监督与技术指导，保障各项作业安全、合规、高效完成。
定期向维修主管汇报工作进度、技术难点及设备运行状况。
参与各类会议并提出专业意见，包括但不限于生产会议、维保会议、变更管理会议、安全会议、项目会议、持续改进会议及高危作业专题会议。
依托持续改进体系（CI/ALPS）及日常运营管理，牵头推进各项优化改善工作。
为生产人员开展专业技术培训与指导，完善预防性维保细则并监督执行，提升设备综合效率与运行稳定性。
梳理、研究并推动维保作业流程标准化，牵头落实、优化自主维保体系。
负责相关业务系统的技术升级、故障排查、功能优化及日常技术维护。
收集、分析、汇总设备运维数据，梳理运行规律与潜在问题，编制专业维保分析报告。
熟知并严格遵守公司、厂区、实验室各项规章制度与行为准则，执行健康、安全、环境（HSE）及产品安全与合规（PSRA）相关标准规范。
完成公司及上级交办的其他技术、管理类工作。

Experience

机械、电气、机电一体化等相关专业，本科及以上学历，能力优秀者可放宽至大专。
三年及以上工业设备、机电设备维修工程师相关工作经验，具备生产线设备维保、故障排查、设备改造相关经验者优先。
具备扎实的机电专业技术能力，可独立研判设备复杂故障，独立完成设备维修、调试、性能优化及技改工作；工作严谨负责，能承受项目攻坚、设备抢修等工作压力。
持有低压/高压电工证、电焊工证、设备运维工程师证等相关专业资质证书，熟悉行业安全操作规范，持证上岗，具备特种设备维保资质者优先。
具备优秀的跨部门沟通、问题复盘及统筹协调能力，拥有较强的自主学习和技术迭代能力，可快速适配新设备、新技术的运维工作，能够梳理维保标准、输出技术方案。
良好的英语技能（听说读写）能力优先。
