Job Purpose

Manages, leads, and inspires Project Engineering, Process Engineering, and Maintenance teams while maintaining facilities and equipment. Ensures equipment availability and drives technical improvements necessary for both existing and new processes and products. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Provides that site maintenance operations are planned and executed in accordance with the timing, quality, and costs objectives.
  • Plans, coordinates, controls, and fully implement engineering modifications in accordance with quality and costs objectives.
  • Manages Capital Expenditure plan on behalf of Site Operations and delivers project studies, pre-projects and capital project at quality, in time and within budget. 
  • Develops and manages the Maintenance and Engineering budget (costs, quality, service, and HSE) as well as cost allocation.
  • Provides timely and accurate information regarding M&E expenses and service.
  • Manages Process Engineering initiatives and objectives for continuous improvement of processes, SOPs, and equipment reliability. 
  • Manages project engineering for capital and expense projects, handling scope development, safety reviews, equipment specifications, bid package development, construction supervision, cost control, commissioning, and project closure.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment as an Engineering Manager
  • Demonstrated leadership in facilities management, sustainability initiatives and process safety management

Total Compensation

The compensation package for this position will include a base salary, annual bonus, and employee benefits that are effective the first day of employment.
