About the role
The Customer Service Representative will primarily focus on supporting the sales team with order processing and invoicing using the company’s dedicated system.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing for Customers and third-party partners.
- Handle purchase order activities and system administration, including maintaining master data.
- Invoicing and billing support, including issuing invoices, preparing delivery/packing documentation, monitoring overdue payments, handling invoice claims and issuing credit notes.
- Provide day-to-day sales support and customer service.
Key requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree level of education.
- Several years of experience in B2B Customer Service working with ERP system.
- Wrking knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
- Fluency in Polish and ability to effectively communicate in English on everyday basis.
- High level of reliability.
- Able to prioritise tasks and cope with complex environment.
- Very good communikation skills.
