Job Responsibilities
Implement/ maintain company HSE management system – including ISO14001, ISO45001, and ensure the registration of HSE related activities.
Assist HSE Manager for implementation of SAQ, PSM, LSR maturity assessment.
Collect and file all kinds of HSE related documents.
Implement regular internal HSE audit, including but not limited to MOC, BBS observation, near miss report, LCP audit, LOPC confirmation.
Perform daily HSE&S inspection or regular Gemba for all specific areas, follow up of non-conformance
Follow up the actions raised from incidents, NM and various HSE checks/audits in HSE suite system or offline tracking form.
Stop any unsafe behavior or condition by using AN Gold principle, check and record owner to review their HSE performance.
Assist HSE manager to maintain HSE procedure and update it when necessary.
Organize and implement HSE training for employees and contractors regularly according to annual HSE plan.
Sign PTW as HSE professional person, ensure it is rejected when existing any safety non-conformance
Implement risk analysis and assessment (Hazard Study, JHA, MOC, PSSR).
Analyze existing machinery/work stations on a regular basis as to their safety aspects and draw conclusions.
Implement waste gas emission and position occupational hazard monitoring, keep records. Take actions if there is deviation.
Ensure all the HSE incidents are investigated and properly reported.
Experience
College or Bachelor degree or above, Major in Chemical, safety engineering, Industry engineering or related
Registered safety engineer is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of HSE working experience in chemical manufacturing company.
Knowledge and experience in chemical production site safety.
Knowledge in HSE audit and risk assessment .
Trained in dangerous chemicals management, safety regulation.
Good communication skills (need to teach/train people).
Good in both written and spoken English is preferred.
Motive and initiative in working.
