Job Purpose

Collaborates with Regional Marketing Manager to translate global strategies, market research, and customer insights into a detailed regional segment plan with key tactical actions; coordinates marketing and product activities to drive successful execution. 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse market data, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify high-potential Market/segment opportunities and maintain competitive advantage insights in collaboration with sales teams.

• Translate global segment strategies, market research, and customer requirements into detailed country level & regional marketing plans, including prioritized tactical actions.

• Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns, communication plans, and new product launch promotions (sales tools, collateral, color cards) in alignment with BU Marketing Communications, ensuring brand compliance.

• Manage regional digital tools content, analyse performance, and oversee localized (multi language) marketing materials.

• Support Marketing & Pricing Excellence programs and contribute to industry publication media plans and story development with BU Communications.

• Partner closely with sales to track projects/customers via CRM, support key sales activities, and participate in trade shows/events (creating presentations, scripts, and coordinating team presence).

• Participate in regular product lifecycle reviews and champion complexity reduction and short-term improvement initiatives (LWR) together with R&D & product management.

• Maintain deep technical product knowledge, monitor industry trends/sales techniques, and prepare concise trend summaries for management.

• Compliance: Adhere to all corporate/site policies, HSE standards, and applicable regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial B2B environment.

• Experience across multiple marketing and/or sales disciplines is preferred.

• Prior experience in coatings, construction materials, automotive, architecture, or industrial sectors is preferred.

• Exposure to technology - or technical service-related industries is an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills with solid business and financial acumen.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.

• Experience working in a multinational environment.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
