Job Purpose

To drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition delivery across multiple business functions for JSW Dulux (Front Line Hiring). The role will be responsible for strategic hiring, talent pipelining, stakeholder management, employer branding, and building strong recruitment capabilities to support business growth

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and business units through various sourcing channels including direct sourcing, referrals, job portals, social media, and recruitment partners
  • Looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with experience in end-to-end hiring, preferably based in Gurgaon and open to relocating to Mumbai as per business requirements.
  • Handle high-volume Sales hiring with annual hiring volumes of 500+ employees across regions
  • Lead and manage a team of 3–4 recruiters while driving hiring productivity and delivery excellence
  • Drive Campus Hiring initiatives and manage Early Careers Programs to build future talent pipelines
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders for effective workforce planning and hiring delivery
  • Drive Employer Branding initiatives and promote the EVP of JSW Dulux to strengthen market positioning and candidate engagement
  • Track recruitment KPIs, SLAs, hiring dashboards, and analytics to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
  • Manage recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effective hiring through optimal use of agencies, job portals, and sourcing channels
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment processes, interview best practices, and hiring governance
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency, quality of hire, and operational excellence
  • Stay updated on market trends, talent intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and industry hiring practices

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale and volume hiring mandates
  • Strong experience in Sales Hiring, Campus Hiring, and Early Careers hiring programs
  • Prior experience in managing recruitment teams and multiple stakeholder groups
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong command over Excel, Pivot Tables, dashboards, and data reporting
  • Strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with prior experience in Darwinbox will be given preference.

Experience

8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong exposure to in-house hiring environments

Education

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
