Job Purpose

Job Responsibilities

确保在维修工作中一致、广泛地使用最佳实践。
开发、执行和/或管理工厂的工程项目,以满足适当的效率、时间、范围、预算、质量和利益相关者满意度。
管理和监督维修服务工作,并确保充分的合同管理,包括承包商选择/入职/监督/验证等。
制定并推动工厂维修计划和维修单(MN),以确保工艺设备和工厂基础设施的可靠性。
识别绩效改善机会,以提升整体维修工作流程,降低成本,提高效率。
领导制定部门年度预算,持续监督绩效与预算的偏差;采取必要行动以实现承诺的结果。
与团队共同决定消除绩效障碍的优先级(例如可靠性和成本降低过程)。
评估团队成员技能水平,给予必要的培训或启动招聘需求,确保团队成员技能得到最佳发挥。
指导并发展团队成员,并使其对交付工作成果负责。
根据标准化(ALPS)工作流程执行工作内容,持续推动改进。
监督和管理工程部的工作安全和执行BBS观察以及其他安全管理工作。
完成公司或上级安排的其他工作。
Experience
本科或以上学历,机电类、工程类相关专业为佳;
具备丰富的设备维护知识,具备制造业设备维护的实践经验;
熟悉自动化设备诸如灌装线,机器人等设备,熟悉质量性能改进流程;
具备团队管理能力,能有效运用基本的管理技能,例如辅导、绩效管理、变革管理等;
工作认真负责,具有团队合作精神;
英语听说读写优秀。
