Job Location: Edmonton, AB
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (occaisional overtime)
Total Compensation Package
- Starting wage: $24 to $27 per hour
- Annual Short-Term Incentive Bonus: 4% of salary, based on company and individual performance

Job Purpose
As a Warehouse - Tint Room Operator, you will ensure customer orders are accurately processed, and shipped while providing excellent customer service. Approximately 30% of your time will be spent tinting our coatings for our Marine & Protective Coatings business. All work must be performed in accordance with AkzoNobel's Health & Safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform shipping, receiving, picking, inventory transactions, and shipment tracking using SAP.
- Receive, process, tint, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
- Operate and maintain the Chromascan tinting system and related equipment - training provided.
- Maintain tint room inventory, quality records, and documentation.
- Identify and report non-conforming products.
- Support warehouse operations as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following Health & Safety procedures.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of warehouse experience, including forklift operation and loading/unloading trucks.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel; SAP or ERP experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow tint formulas (training provided).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to be proactive, work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
