Brand Building Manager – Exteriors
Location: Dublin - Ireland
We’re looking for a Brand Building Manager – Exteriors to drive the growth and success of some of Ireland’s most recognised exterior decorating brands, including Weathershield, Cuprinol, and Hammerite. In this role, you’ll develop the local brand, commercial and activation plan and lead product innovation and activation projects.

What you'll do:
• Develop and deliver the annual local brand plan, ensuring alignment with local business objectives and EMEA marketing strategy.
• Lead the execution of local marketing initiatives, product launches, and strategic brand initiatives.
• Lead the localisation of international marketing initiatives to maximise their impact within the Irish market while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage activation plans and marketing budgets, ensuring strong return on investment.
• Develop engaging local campaigns and always-on content that drive brand awareness, consideration, and sales.
• Evaluate initiative performance and product launches, using insights to optimise future activity.
• Build strong relationships with EMEA and UK brand and marketing teams, sales teams, and customer experience teams.
• Analyse portfolio performance and support portfolio optimisation to maximise growth opportunities.
• Contribute to demand planning and forecasting through market insight and commercial analysis.
• Identify opportunities within the market and share recommendations with EMEA brand and category teams.
What you bring:
• Degree qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a Brand Management or Marketing role.
• Strong commercial awareness and business analysis skills.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activation initiatives.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to inform decisions.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working collaboratively across multiple functions and with external partners.
• A customer-focused mindset and genuine interest in understanding market and consumer needs.
