Key Accountabilities

  1. Technical Support and Service
    • Understand customer needs, provide an introduction to  AkzoNobel products, and feedback customer needs internally to assist sales.
    • Guide coating trials and application, follow up on project progress, coordinate internal resources, and ensure the smooth progress of projects.
    • Regularly visit customers to understand the use of coatings and enhance customer satisfaction.
  2. Project Management and Execution
    • Participate in new product development projects, provide technical support, assist in testing and validation, and ensure that products meet market demands.
    • Follow up on customer project progress, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and to a high quality.
  3. Technical Training and Promotion
    • Conduct technical training for customers to improve their application level.
    • Attend industry events to promote the company's products and technologies, and collect market information.
  4. Quality Complaints and Feedback
    • Timely handle customer quality complaints, investigate causes, propose solutions and follow up on implementation to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Collect customer feedback and relay it to the R&D and production departments to drive product quality improvement.

Requirements

  1. Educational Background
    • University education or above, preferably in Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Polymer Materials, or related fields.
  2. Work Experience
    • Over 3 years of work experience in the metal packaging coatings industry, familiar with production processes, product performance, and application areas. Priority will be given to those with technical service or R&D experience.
  3. Professional Skills
    • Proficient in coating formula design, performance testing, and application processes; possess a sense of quality control, be familiar with quality standards and inspection methods; understand industry development trends and competitor information.
  4. Other Requirements
    • Possess good communication, teamwork, and customer service awareness; have problem-solving and adaptability skills; be able to travel and handle work pressure.
    • Be proficient in using computer office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and be able to perform document editing, data analysis, and presentation creation.
    • Have basic English reading and writing abilities, and be able to read and understand English technical materials to facilitate internal communication and technical exchanges.
