Key Responsibilities

I. HSE-S Management

  • Manage RMWH, Finished Goods, and 3PL warehouses with focus on 5S, HSES, Gemba, and BBS.
  • Lead HSES SAQ activities, haulier audits, and corrective action follow-up.
  • Drive HSES and sustainability culture and processes across logistics operations.

II. Warehouse Management

  • Oversee inbound, storage, and outbound operations for in-house and 3PL warehouses.
  • Develop and improve SOPs, staff training, FIFO compliance, and inventory accuracy through ERP.
  • Manage warehouse capacity, stock movement, and storage organization to minimize variance.

III. Transportation Management

  • Manage local and export transportation to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Drive continuous improvement in OTIF, cost optimization, and transport procedures.
  • Oversee export dispatches, logistics service providers, and cost-saving initiatives.

IV. Delivery to Projects

  • Support 3PL HSE&S compliance, driver training, and distribution risk management.
  • Ensure SLA achievement for lead time, MOQ, and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Sales, OET, QA, and RD&I teams to resolve customer issues and improve service.

V. Depot Tinting Management

  • Manage in-house and external depot tinting operations in line with SOP and HSE&S standards.
  • Ensure warehouse efficiency, colour quality accuracy, and operational capacity.
  • Drive continuous improvement, capability development, and cross-functional issue resolution.

VI. CAPEX/OPEX Management

  • Manage logistics budgets, capacity planning, and operational costs.
  • Develop and execute logistics CAPEX plans using best-practice technologies.

VII. People Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing logistics team.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

VIII. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and logistics optimization projects.
  • Analyze logistics performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support business changes and new projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (related to technical, business or economics fields most applicable)

• 8+ years of relevant work experience (operations, logistics area) with at least 2 year-experience in similar position

• Experience & knowledge of warehouse management & transportation

• Experience in chemical industry or similar is preferred

• Strong people management skills

• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues

• Experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, TPM

• Project Management skills

• Financial acumen with strong analytical skills.

• Strong influencing & Communication skills

• Good computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint,)

• Fluent English, both verbal and written
