Job Purpose

Comply to all operational guidelines & HSE rules in performing the tasks

Proactive in HSE rules and compliance.

Ensure the assigned activities in Preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, projects, improvement actions are performed properly both in qualitative and quantitative as set KPI.

Play a role as group leader to manage tasks effectively.

Key Accountabilities

  • Apply PTW for all non-routing works
  • Apply MOC for all required changes
  • Comply LSR, ALPS and get involvement
  • Follow SOPs in task performance
  • Complete all the PM jobs as planned
  • Provide feedbacks to maintenance Supervisor/Manager for improvement ideas
  • Make best efforts to do equipment trouble shooting to reduce unplanned downtime
  • Work with maintenance Engineers to maintain equipment condition as per good basic engineering design
  • Check equipment to identify possible issues in future.
  • Identify repeatable breakdown and feedback to Engineer / Manager for solution proposal
  • 5S compliance (assignments area: General Utility area, Fire Pump house, Generator house, Diesel pump house)
  • Execute Maintenance work request assignments and comply recording process
  • Supervise the contractor when assigned
  • Ownership to fix the electrical problems
  • Daily routing on the all utility systems such as low voltage of sub-station, compressed air system, dust collecting system, LEV and chilled water system
  • Routine inspection on the production equipment and lab facility
  • Acting timely inspection of all equipment and propose preventive maintenance plan and execution
  • Trouble shooting on the equipment and instruments, keep production and lab running under good conditions
  • Keep close communication with production department, improve the equipment and process
  • Manage maintenance tools and spare parts in assigned area

Job Requirements

  • Min. 1 years of electrical system maintenance for electrician in manufacturing operation.
  • Automation system basic (PLC/HMI/Inverter..) is a plus
  • Experience in chemical plant is preferred
  • Can be working hard, ability to be working under pressure

  • Qualification Requirements: Intermediate in electrical
  • Ability to read P&ID and electrical wiring diagram
  • Knowledge in basic safety operation in manufacturing operation
  • Knowledge in Preventive & Predictive Maintenance system in manufacturing operation
  • Basic about root cause analysis
  • Basic English is a plus
