We’re looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team at our Apodaca manufacturing site.
This is a dynamic role with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition across Mexico, combined with hands-on exposure to broader HR processes, including employee and labor relations, talent management, HR systems, compliance and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Mexico, partnering closely with Hiring Managers.
- Source, interview and assess talent, building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a great candidate experience.
- Advise leaders on talent, performance, development and employee-related topics.
- Support labor and union relations at the Apodaca site.
- Maintain accurate HR information and support processes through SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
- Participate in HR compliance activities and audits, including IATF/ISO requirements.
- Partner with local, regional and global HR teams to continuously improve our processes and employee experience.
🔎 What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly valued.
- Fluent English.
- Strong communication, organization and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with SuccessFactors, TRESS or similar HR systems is a plus.
- Exposure to labor relations, union environments, IATF 16949 or ISO audits is highly desirable.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
