As Site Manager in Ammerzoden, you step into a key leadership position and serve as the most senior operational authority on site. What You Will Be Doing

Operational Excellence & Performance Delivery
You ensure operational stability by delivering against defined targets and KPIs. You monitor performance, apply structured problem solving, and drive corrective actions to meet or exceed site goals. You challenge the status quo and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, productivity, reliability, and sustainability.

Safety, Compliance & Risk Management
You build and maintain a strong safety first culture. You proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks using the hierarchy of controls, ensuring strict adherence to AkzoNobel and regulatory standards. You set clear expectations that go beyond compliance toward true operational excellence.

People Leadership & Engagement
You develop leadership capability across the site and foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and trust.
