Production Team Leader

Job Purpose

• 按照要求完成公司各项有关HSE的规定，确保在日常工作中安全操作，并实现TRR=0的目标
• 负责生产压出机台操作员培训，完成主管当日交代生产任务，不断学习操作技能，维护好操作设备机台，发现任何产品异常和设备故障需要立即汇报主管，对简单设备维护需要自己操作、配合质量人员维护公司产品质量，完成每日信息化平台生产任务提交，完成设备OEE%数据输入。
• 完成维护好工作现场较高的5S和可视化管理标准、设备点检、5S点检

组织本班人员开展日常点检培训和班会

Key Accountabilities

1. Understand and ensure all activities in compliance with the Corporate HSE&S policy, related Standards and Guidance Notes

理解并确保工作符合总部的HSE&S方针，标准和指导意见

2. Participate training & familiar with site HSE procedures/work instructions and ensure all process and activities in full compliance with them

参加培训并掌握公司的HSE程序，作业指导书，并且确保所有流程和工作完全符合

3. Participate in the company's initiatives(LSR,BBS, etc.) actively to improve HSE Management Systems 

积极参加公司的安全 (八项安全规定，行为安全观察，企业社会责任等)并完善HSE管理体系

4. Coordinate with the relevant department on reworking of slow moving and obsolete stock

配合相关部门再利用滞销品和过期产品

5. Ensure all processes fully comply align with AkzoNobel code of conduct, core value, local compliances, HSES policies, SOP and quality management system.

• • Proficient in the production process of powder coatings (dry mixing → melting extrusion → tabletting → fine grinding → sieving and packaging). Master the application and management of PDCA and 5S methods.精通粉末涂料生产工艺流（干混→熔融挤出→压片→细粉碎→过筛包装）。掌握 PDCA、5S现场运用和管理，
• • Be able to understand the product formula and physical property table. Understand the requirements of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 (if it involves automotive powder) systems.能看懂产品配方及物性表。了解ISO 9001及IATF 16949（若涉及汽车粉）体系要求
• Have basic data analysis skills (in Excel or MES system).具备基础的数据分析能力（Excel或MES系统）。
