Job Purpose

1. Quality management of assigned projects where our products are applied in Mokpo area.

2. Support painting quality through inspections and sound recommendations, while building cooperative relationships

3. Closely provide technical service to the customer regarding coating specifications, application and product information details as responsible for dealing with 1 more vessel

4. Protect company’s interest and minimize the finance damage from C&C cases from customers

5. Maintain a daily coating report, progress and any kinds of issues which are related to may develop into complaints & claims

6. Develop TSR’s competency through training & expanding their experiences.

7. Support sales, marketing and technical department to improve future business.

Key Accountabilities

1. Responsible for HSE&S activities in his/her region.

2. Responsible for all quality activities for all projects where our products are applied.

3. Responsible for setting up & implementing My performance objectives align with TSR manager.

4. Responsible for building up customer relationships.

5. Responsible for recording & reporting all data & information against coating application & specification

6. Responsible for facilitating effective communication within the team and with other departments.

7. Responsible for closely following up on new product trial and performance in customer field

8. Responsible for dealing with customer complaint & claim issues to minimize the finance damages.

9. Responsible for taking a field investigation and report when customer’s complaint and claim occurred.

Level of autonomy

Most Roles and responsibilities are on the job holder’s decision but if cost is involved such as claims or directly related to business impact, approval is required.

Requirements

1. Full understanding of AN commercial HSE common platform and goals.

2. More than 4 years’ experience in the Marine & Protective coating field.

3. Full understanding of Technical Procedure Handbook section 7.

4. Speaking / Writing English at intermediate level or above.

5. Be proficient in using MS Office and handling computer skills.

6. AMPP or FROSIO certified.

7. Strong communication skill, including presentation skills with Korean and English language
