Job Purpose

作为连接总部战略与区域市场的枢纽，统筹区域家装零售与新型业务模块（含小工装/关联品类），负责渠道产品发展、网络规划、经销商体系搭建、渠道协同运营及团队管理，通过资源整合与精细化运作，达成区域销售目标，构建品牌在区域家装与小工装市场的竞争优势。

Experience

1-大学本科及以上学历。
2-5-10年涂料行业销售经验（零售或工程均可），具备区域销售及团队管理经验。
3-具备丰富的流程优化与项目管理经验。
4-出色的人际交往与沟通能力。
5-较强的学习能力与变革领导力。
6-强烈的进取心与结果导向意识。
7-能够适应出差。
8-普通话流利，具备良好英语书面及口语能力者优先。
