Job Purpose

9-经销商网络优化及星级经销商管理。
10-DSR人员管理。
Experience
1-大学本科及以上学历。
2-5-10年涂料行业销售经验(零售或工程均可),具备区域销售及团队管理经验。
3-具备丰富的流程优化与项目管理经验。
4-出色的人际交往与沟通能力。
5-较强的学习能力与变革领导力。
6-强烈的进取心与结果导向意识。
7-能够适应出差。
8-普通话流利,具备良好英语书面及口语能力者优先。
