Job Purpose
Work with Regional Sales Manager to formulate regional development plan in line with national channel strategies to achieve defined business objectives: regional mass product portfolios, price management, promotion planning, channel sales team development,competitive strategies.
Responsible for the implementation of regional and national mass strategies in the region.
As a leader in regional mass projects. Supervise implementation effect and provide improvement plan to RSM and mass channel head regularly.
As RRCLT member, coordinate with other members to promote regional business optimization and feedback regional requirements to central channel team.
Responsible for understanding and researching regional mass market, collecting mass market demand in each province. Integrate resources to help sales team to improve mass sales performance.
Responsible for regional RMD and national core customers development plan, to promote customer specialization and large-scale. Assist sales team to solve the challenges in mass channel development.
Drive sales of regional sales to professional mass sales, establish sustainable mass sales team with great potential both at company and customer level
Key Accountabilities
Mass Channel Strategy & Cross Channel Cooperation
To formulate the annual development plan, RMD support and distribution plan of the mass customers with RSM,
Follow the national channel strategy, optimize the regional channel product portfolios, and make investment planning according to the regional market conditions. Especially NPL, mass product coverage & market share, water-base products etc.
Manage regional mass product prices and drive the establishment of a stable regional mass pricing system. According to the understanding of mass market, work with RTM to make regional promotion plan, and collect feedback of promotion effect.
Assist ASM in setting up annual mass sales development plan for each province, including DSR development plan.
Work with the central mass channel team. Purpose more reasonable and efficient business process recommendations. Lead regional customer improvement, logistics improvement and other business optimization projects.
Work with other channel managers to promote national cross channel improvements and channel separate projects , develop regional action plan
Key Activities
Regional Mass Investment Management
Develop annual budget plans of mass channel and allocate by items with RSM & RTM;
Participate in the decision making of A&P cost utilization, and make the investment consistent with the channel strategy: product promotion, seminar, POSM,etc.
Develop regional mass store development plan, review regional store inputs, and communicate channel development budget with RTM.
Review monthly spending with RTM /Regional Finance and further drive EBITDA
Experience
University degree or above;
5+ years’ working experiences in sales and sales management in multi-national companies of FMCG industry or Chemical industry.
Strong experience in process optimization and project management
Strong interpersonal skill and communication skill.
Strong learning ability and ability to lead change
Fluent in Mandarin, Good English in written, and spoken is a preference
High motivation and results-orientated
Willingness to travel
