About the Role:

📍 Location: Wetherill Park | 🚗 Servicing Greater Sydney Area

Are you passionate about the automotive refinish industry and have the technical knowledge? Do you thrive on helping others grow their knowledge while driving results? We’re looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and support the continued growth of our VR product portfolio across a nominated territory.

 

As a Technical Sales Representative, you’ll be the trusted advisor and technical expert for our customers. Your focus will be on developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering technical demonstrations, supporting sales growth, and ensuring customers get the best from our market-leading refinish systems and products.

This role blends hands-on technical knowledge, sales capability, and excellent communication skills. You’ll work closely with distributors, body shops, and internal teams to deliver world-class service and support.

What You'll Do

  • Demonstrate products and support customers in optimising paint shop performance
  • Identify new sales opportunities and build strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Deliver technical training, product demos, and support trade events
  • Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to drive business growth
  • Provide expert advice on repair systems, product use, and equipment installation
  • Complete admin tasks, manage your territory effectively, and follow safety standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the vehicle refinish market
  • Certificate III in Automotive Refinish, with 2–3 years hands-on body shop experience ideal
  • Strong technical knowledge of refinish products, systems, and techniques
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills

Additional Information:

  • This role requires regular travel across the greater Sydney area, with occasional interstate travel.
  • Full product and sales training will be provided.
  • You’ll be part of a collaborative, safety-focused, and growth-oriented team.
