Job Purpose
The purpose of the Supply Process Specialist is to ensure that all a Delivery Orders are created and fulfilled with the correct product when the product becomes available. Supply Process Specialist uses SAP to create all delivery orders and verifies the specification of each product.
Key Responsibilities
Reports safety, quality or other issues related to products or production processes to Team Leader / Shift Supervisor.
Is familiar and complies with all the applicable corporate as well as site and laboratory policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct, HSE and Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) standards.
Create and distribute Due to Deliver report
Create report to gather new orders entered and export into allocation master
Create report to retrieve items filled and update/allocate orders on allocation master
Review batches updated from QA and update/allocate orders on allocation master
Review Boeing approvals (from QA) and update/allocate order on allocation master
Create Delivery Orders based off Open Process orders
Work with Customer Service to determine allocations of material
Job Requirements
High School Diploma
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow safety instructions and safety guidelines
Ability to read SAP and allocate products appropriately
Ability to multi-task and balance priorities
Dedicated and committed safety leadership and presence
Ability to climb stairs wearing steel-toed footwear
Ability to work in a heavy manufacturing environment with exposure to chemical agents
Ability to use SAP software on a computer
Ability to use Microsoft Excel
Fluent in English language
