About the assignment

As a Talent Acquisition Support you will be responsible for all administrative activities related to the recruitment process and play an important role for the candidate experience.


What you can learn:

  • how to handle customer cases and be a vital link between Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, Recruitment Agencies and Employer Branding,

  • how the recruitment process looks like,

  • how to drive various improvement projects and develop within the internal structure — horizontal and vertical. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the overall recruitment process by posting job advertisements and organizing interviews.

  • Preparing and sending-out internal communication on available vacancies.

  • Providing answers about Talent Acquisition module, recruitment and hiring process as the second line customer contact.

  • Utilizing the recruitment system for adequate tracking and maintenance of job requisitions and candidates.

  • Using process knowledge to show customers how to retrieve information through the various channels (HR Portal).

  • Cooperating with an agency hiring contingent workers.

  • Identifying opportunities for improvement on work processes or systems.

About you:

  • Business studies preferably in HR.

  • First experience with HR and/or Recruitment issues.

  • Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Being flexible and stress-resistant with the ability to multitask and structure the workload.

  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.

  • Fluent German and good command of English.
