Recruitment Support with German

About the assignment

As a Talent Acquisition Support, you will be responsible for all administrative activities related to the recruitment process and play an important role for the candidate experience.

 

What you can learn:

  • how the recruitment process looks like and what related topics are,
  • how to handle customer cases of recruitment related topics,
  • how to handle and organize various tasks to be a valuable support and part of Talent Acquisition.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the overall recruitment process in cooperation with the Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • Candidate management (entering external resumes to the recruitment system, coordination of interviews, providing feedback, Talent Pool support).
  • Cooperating with contingent worker agencies (responsibility for preparation, revision and dispatch of time reports, processing of invoicing, satisfaction surveys).
  • Handling incoming intern applications.
  • Preparing project reports and overviews for Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement on work processes or systems.

About you:

  • Fluent English and German.
  • Previous experience in administration (preferable in HR/recruitment).
  • Secondary school or university graduate. 
  • Willingness to gain experience in the recruitment area.
  • High communication skills and willingness to learn new tasks in a changing environment. 
  • Being flexible and stress-resistant with the ability to multitask and structure the workload.
  • A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude.
