About the role

 

We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Representative to build and grow our Consumer Electronics business within the home appliance segment, focusing on the Polish market. This role will initially focus on Poland and may expand to neighboring countries as the business scales.
 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of OEM and applicator customers in Poland.
  • Systematically screen market for new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify, plan, and acquire new customers aligned with strategic growth targets.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality support and engagement to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Schedule and execute customer visits based on agreed service levels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales support.
  • Gather, report, and analyze market trends and customer feedback for strategic insights.
  • Deliver technical support to customers when needed, ensuring satisfaction across all levels.


 

Job requirements

 

  • Proven experience in B2B technical sales and key account management, especially with OEMs.
  • In-depth knowledge of the domestic appliance market and existing network within Polish OEMs.
  • Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities from the ground up.
  • Experience selling liquid paint to domestic appliance sector is a strong asset.
  • Skilled communicator capable of engaging stakeholders from executives to assembly line teams.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Willingness to travel within Poland and potentially to nearby countries.
  • Ability to provide technical support alongside commercial responsibilities.
