About the assignment 


Regional Process Champion I2C is a new function in the Global Business Services structure with the main purpose of supporting the design of the global standard processes and policies of Invoice to Cash tower. As a Champion you will be responsible for training, supporting a transition, and driving continuous processes improvement initiatives within the Global Business Services Center in Warsaw. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Developing and maintaining training and communication materials, delivering workshops for AkzoNobel, BPO, and captives.

  • Staying in charge of any changes made to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 

  • Running fit-gap analysis and maintaining deviation logs. 

  • Delivering and contributing to global level process/policy/reporting standardization. 

  • Facilitating the implementation and embedding of the GPD as part of the transition of processes currently not executed by the RACs.

  • Participating in ad hoc projects and initiatives related to the designated area.

  • Taking crucial part in system changes and secure that process/policy/reporting design is delivering as planned
     

Job requirements 

 

  • 5-10 years in I2C process operations and/or process design (SSC environment preferably). 
  • Excellent understanding of I2C process design, ERP systems, and controls, including transactional accounting processes. 
  • Knowledge of I2C process design methodologies and experience with process redesign/modeling.  
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, high sensitivity to a diverse and multi-cultural environment.
  • Degree/Bachelor in Economics/ Business Administration/Accounting/Controlling. 
  • Ability to think and work conceptually, while taking into account the details and impact of the processes on operations.
  • Proficient in English language (additional European language would be an asset).
