Job Purpose
The Process Engineer will participate in the design stage, presentation to stakeholders and calculation of the budget for new projects for the generation of AR, POs and Billing Control for compliance with the monthly budget, conditions in virtual mode with foreign suppliers, hazard studies in plant, as well as being in charge of carrying out all MOCs for plant projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures that all the tasks of projects at the plant are carried out, managing the personnel in their internal or external position (contractors and outsourcing) and ensures compliance of projects on time and budget
- Expected results is to meet the KPI for the Site
- Lead Projects Plant Operations by 6K global report
- Manage, design, and coordinate engineering capital projects, determining equipment specifications and planning and prioritizing tasks
- Lead projects for continuous improvement and promote equipment engineering improvement with six sigma (ALPS projects) or kaizen events
- Manage resources to comply with the requirements for the Integrated System validated for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 from external party’s audits
Level of Autonomy
- Project release, review and acceptance of quality standards and technical data sheet for new project.
- Quick response to customers on PPAP and other project requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Project Engineer experience (+3 years)
- Previous experience on different areas of the business (production, process, manufacturing, etc.,) including people management
- Communication, Analysis, Problem Solving, Initiative and Decision Making
- EHS knowledge and experience
- Knowledge and experience on ISO standards (ISO-9001, ISO-14001)
- Knowledge and experience on Engineering Standards Design (electrical and mechanical)
