Job Purpose

The Operational Officers Purchase-to-Pay (“P2P”) is responsible for delivering quality consistent work in the processing tasks related to Coupa system support. This role will manage day to day interaction with stakeholders and parties involved in this process. Acting as 1st line support for Coupa related queries to align cross-functional objectives in order to realize end-to-end optimization, share best practices and realize company’s strategy and targets.


  • 1st line support for Coupa system users (via ticketing tool)
  • Maintain regular communication with local stakeholders in France 
  • Participate in DEMO and UAT testing of the system and propose functional design changes
  • Contact for questions regarding P2P related topics.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions related to global process standards, methodologies and systems. 
  • Engage with and consult relevant stakeholders in process improvement.


  • University degree
  • Fluent English and French speaker
  • 3 years of experience in tactical procurement would be an asset
  • Coupa system experience would be highly appreciated
  • Customer service mindset with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to build relationships across the organization and geographic regions
