About the Job:
The Operational Officers Purchase-to-Pay (“P2P”) is responsible for delivering consistent work in the processing of both product related (PR) and non-product related (NPR) purchase orders while ensuring compliance with global standards and control frameworks in the P2P processes.
Resposibilities:

Deliver P2P processes in a standardized manner to allow process to be performed efficiently,

Processes purchase requisitions and creates purchase orders.

Process vendor, price & material data according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP),
-
Administrate of company purchasing cards (P-Card),
-
Prepare data analysis from Power BI and SAP,
-
Use metrics (KPIs) in order to identify areas of improvements in the process,
-
Participate in process and system improvements; including procedures, knowledge base,
-
Support global standardization projects and P2P transition programs and change management activities within the internal and external stakeholder.
About You:
-
This position requires an individual with a strong background in operational work,
-
First experience in purchasing transactions,
-
Customer service mindset with excellent customer service skills,
-
Good knowledge of ERP (mostly SAP module MM, SAP MDG),
-
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment following direction in an independent manner,
-
Strong communication skills,
-
Fluency in English.
