About the role
Join our growing Invoice to Cash team as a Junior Specialist, where you’ll help shape new finance processes from the ground up during international transitions. This is a great opportunity to build expertise in a dynamic, multinational environment while developing within a Center of Excellence structure.
Key responsibilities
- Manage trade receivables for assigned countries and companies.
- Actively participate in I2C transition processes.
- Set credit limits in cooperation with Sales and Credit Control teams.
- Support improvements in overdue debt and collection effectiveness.
- Verify rebates and ensure timely payout execution.
- Provide risk assessments and advice to senior management and sales teams.
- Prepare monthly aged debt analysis reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements.
Job requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance/accounting structure.
- Very good command of English and Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
- Strong business partnering mindset.
- Ability to execute standard financial processes with accuracy.
- Experience in cash collection and setting credit limits is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a global environment.
