About the role

 

Develop and drive Woodcare category containing Sadolin Brand. Implement and activate the local marketing operational plan, including local campaigns and NPI.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Translate consumer and market insights into actionable category choices that define Where to Play and How to Win for Woodcare category in Poland.
  • Develop a category plan for the Sadolin brand, based on business strategy, local situational analysis, trends, and drivers with insights team.
  • Share opportunities with EMEA brand and category marketing teams.
  • Create and implement annual local Brand Plan, operating and commercial plan (activations, NPI's, complexity reduction etc.) in line with BU mandates.
  • Deliver P&L business objectives for Woodcare portfolio in Poland.
  • Lead local NPI projects agreed on the EMEA roadmap and local execution of key strategic initiatives for Woodcare category in Poland.
  • Localize international campaigns within the brand guidelines to maximize their impact.
  • Build and manage effective working relationships with external agencies, EMEA brand team, sales & field sales team and customer experience.
  • Recommend pricing strategy.

 

Job requirements

 

  • Master’s / bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in brand management in FMCG or building materials industry..
  • Experience in product management, especially NPD project.
  • Marketing communication experience including development and execution especially Digital and BTL campaigns.
  • Commercially astute with excellent business analysis skills.
  • Proven project management, analytical and organisational skills to structure the work with sufficient detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills in English and Polish.
  • “Can do” mentality.
  • MS Office working knowledge.
