Key responsibilities

 

  • Source, support, and facilitate the acquisition of Non-Product Related (NPR) goods and services.

  • Lead the NPR buying process for the assigned region, securing competitive pricing, quality, and service with the best terms and conditions.

  • Manage the Source-to-Contract (S2C) process, including supplier sourcing, bidding, negotiating, contracting, and performance reviews.

  • Contribute to achieving procurement goals in cost optimization, process improvement, and sustainability.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across countries/clusters to understand potential challenges and business requirements.

  • Perform spend analysis to identify and drive opportunities for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, payment term harmonization, contract coverage, and catalogue expansion.

  • Review relevant NPR processes and make improvements or recommendations when required.

  • Resolve operational procurement issues and escalate when necessary.

  • Maintain and manage vendor information, catalogues, approval workflows, and risk profiles to ensure seamless execution of the NPR buying process.

  • Educate and train users on procurement policies, tools, and systems.

 

 

Job requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an indirect procurement role, preferably with international exposure.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with experience in spend categorization and analysis.

  • Proactive, independent, and eager to drive change and improvements.

  • Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Knowledge of procurement software and tools (e.g., Coupa).

  • Proficiency in German is an asset.

  • Fluency in English and Polish is required.
