I2P Global Process Champion

Global Process Champion – I2P is part of the Global Process Team for I2P which is responsible for the process design, deployment of processes through the organization, defining service placement, training, identification of digital opportunities for automation and standardization, driving standardizing of operating procedures and continuous process improvement to increase productivity, leading specific I2P tooling implementation projects.


Global Process Champion – I2P is responsible for:


  • Designing the global standard processes of I2P end to end.

  • Being the owner of the related tooling and systems.

  • Developing and maintaining training and communication materials and delivering training and workshops.

  • Developing and maintaining (pre-review changes to) standard operating procedures (SOP).

  • Running fit-gap analysis and root cause analysis and maintaining deviation log and action log.

  • Driving process standardization and improvements.

  • Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives and culture.

  • Coordinating the process changes and organizational change management in alignment with the systems.

  • Delivering process automation in the appropriate areas.

  • Driving Innovation / RPA / Technology.

  • Leading transitions, define service placements and related changes.

  • Liaising with the internal / external stakeholders.

  • Ensuring control and compliance as per defined framework.

  • Contributing on delivering policies and procedures.

  • Participating in ad hoc projects.



  • Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Economics/ Business Administration / Accounting / Controlling.

  • More than 7 years in I2P operations and/or process design, Shared Services.

  • Specialized knowledge of I2P discipline, strategy and policies.

  • Excellent understanding of I2P process design, ERP and related systems and controls, including transactional accounting processes.

  • Experience project management and change management.

  • Knowledge of I2P process design methodologies.

  • I2P Process redesign/modelling experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Ability to think and work conceptually, while considering the details and impact of the processes on Operations.

  • Ability to work together with other Functions/Towers; good understanding of interfaces between own function and others in end-to-end processes.

  • Proficient in English language.

  • Ability to prioritize and sensitive to deadlines.

  • Sensitive to a diverse and multi-cultural environment.

  • 15-20% International travelling is required.
