About the role
As a HR Administration Specialist, you will manage and control workforce administration throughout the employee life cycle—from hire to retire. You’ll handle employee cases with accuracy and timeliness, applying your HR expertise to ensure compliance with policies and service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute administrative activities for employee life cycle changes (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, organizational changes, and data management).
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and memos based on business needs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update relevant systems and third parties.
- Provide guidance on global and local HR policies and procedures.
- Resolve employee and manager queries within agreed SLAs.
- Escalate complex cases to Rewards, HR Managers, or other stakeholders as needed.
- Support implementation of policy updates into transactional processes.
Job requirements
- Relevant experience in HR administration or People Services.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in HR.
- Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures; ability to interpret and apply them.
- Intermediate knowledge of Polish labor law.
- Experience with HR systems and ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with all organizational levels.
- Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment.
