The Record to Report (R2R) department is responsible for the accurate and timely recording, reconciliation, and reporting of financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. This team manages the financial close process, prepares key reports, and provides insights to support strategic decision-making.

As an R2R Expert, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient month-end closing processes. This position involves managing general ledger activities, performing reconciliations, and preparing financial statements, with a focus on compliance and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Posting and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Ensuring the accuracy of the GL by recording, reviewing, and reconciling financial transactions.

• Performing monthly reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts, ensuring that all entries are accurate, and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

• Analysing of Balance Sheet (BS), Profit & Loss (P&L) figures and variances.

• Supporting the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in accounting: min. 1 year, preferably in BSS/BPO.

• Familiarity with GAAP/IFRS standards.

• Practical knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills.

• Analytical skills, strong attention to accuracy and detail in handling financial transactions and reports.

• High communication skills to work effectively with team members across departments.

• Fluency in English, knowledge of other European language is nice to have.
