About the role

Join our Cybersecurity Operations team as a Cyber Security Developer, where you'll lead automation, integration, and AI-driven enhancements across our security landscape. This role blends hands-on development with strategic innovation to strengthen our operational resilience.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement cybersecurity automation workflows (e.g., user remediation, containment, proactive response).
Develop integrations between security tools to enable seamless data exchange and automated decision-making.
Apply modern software engineering practices including version control, documentation, and testing.
Collaborate with analysts and engineers to translate operational needs into scalable solutions.
Act as a technical bridge between detection engineering and incident response teams.
Leverage AI for controlled, intelligent decision-making in security operations.
Champion DevOps principles within the cybersecurity team using platforms like Azure DevOps.
Explore and implement hyperautomation platforms with deep AI integrations.

Job requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity development within complex IT environments.
Proven track record in building automation workflows, ideally in a security context.
Strong grasp of DevOps and CI/CD pipeline concepts.
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, or similar.
Familiarity with AI technologies and their integration into technical workflows.
Exposure to hyperautomation platforms and cybersecurity-specific AI agents.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and strategically.
Ability to operate autonomously and advise on development strategy and tooling.
