About the role

 

Join our Cybersecurity Operations team as a Cyber Security Developer, where you'll lead automation, integration, and AI-driven enhancements across our security landscape. This role blends hands-on development with strategic innovation to strengthen our operational resilience.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Design and implement cybersecurity automation workflows (e.g., user remediation, containment, proactive response).
  • Develop integrations between security tools to enable seamless data exchange and automated decision-making.
  • Apply modern software engineering practices including version control, documentation, and testing.
  • Collaborate with analysts and engineers to translate operational needs into scalable solutions.
  • Act as a technical bridge between detection engineering and incident response teams.
  • Leverage AI for controlled, intelligent decision-making in security operations.
  • Champion DevOps principles within the cybersecurity team using platforms like Azure DevOps.
  • Explore and implement hyperautomation platforms with deep AI integrations.

 

Job requirements

 

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity development within complex IT environments.
  • Proven track record in building automation workflows, ideally in a security context.
  • Strong grasp of DevOps and CI/CD pipeline concepts.
  • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, or similar.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their integration into technical workflows.
  • Exposure to hyperautomation platforms and cybersecurity-specific AI agents.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and strategically.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and advise on development strategy and tooling.
