About the Role:

Join our dynamic Invoice to Cash (I2C) team, where you'll contribute to efficient receivables management, process improvement, and risk assessment. If you're passionate about learning, problem-solving, and working in a collaborative environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Management: Manage trade receivables collections for the French market within assigned areas and companies.

  • Process Optimization: Actively participate in projects to improve the "Invoice to Cash" process.

  • Credit Management: Set credit limits for customers by collaborating with Sales Management, Credit Control, and other stakeholders.

  • Order Release: Oversee the order release process effectively.

  • Debt Collection: Perform overdue debt collection activities to achieve set targets for the assigned regions.

  • Risk Advisory: Provide reliable, well-documented risk advice to senior management and the sales team, based on thorough evaluations of relevant factors.

  • Reporting: Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for aged debt analysis.
