About the role
To build a Continuous Improvement culture in our functions DNA in Global Business Services sites, by using CI methodologies. To implement CI knowledge on assigned tasks which requires independent Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Assessments, designing current and future state, building Implementation plans and controls as well as driving solutions to completion.
Responsibilities
- Developing and sustaining a culture of Continuous Improvement and knowledge about related methodologies.
- Execute projects and identification of improvement opportunities.
- Provide forums and support teams leading to do effective execution.
- Deliver value to the GBS by improving the real result key performance indicators.
- Execute and contribute to regional and global CI projects which may include automation support.
- Supporting sites CI Ambassador and associated towers, including coaching and skill development on CI methodologies.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree.
- Several years of experience working in fast pace multicultural environment, ideally in SSC/GBS structures.
- Experience in lean and six sigma methodology with track record of delivering high value improvement projects.
- At least Green Belt in Six Sigma.
- Ability to work under severe time pressure and delivering on agreed deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation and conflict resolution skills on all organizational levels combined with ability to gain respect and trust through situational leadership.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Visio, Minitab etc.).
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Other European language would be an advantage.
