About the role
Develop and drive Metalcare category containing Hammerite & Nobiles brands. Implement and activate the local marketing operational plan, including local campaigns and NPI.
Responsibilities
- Translate consumer and market insights into actionable category choices that define Where to Play and How to Win for Metalcare category in Poland.
- Develop a category plan for the Nobiles brand, based on business strategy, local situational analysis, trends, and drivers with insights team.
- Share opportunities with EMEA brand and category marketing teams.
- Create and implement annual local Brand Plan, operating and commercial plan (activations, NPI's, complexity reduction etc.) in line with BU mandates.
- Deliver P&L business objectives for Metalcare portfolio in Poland.
- Lead local NPI projects agreed on the EMEA roadmap and local execution of key strategic initiatives for Metalcare category in Poland.
- Localize international campaigns within the brand guidelines to maximize their impact.
- Build and manage effective working relationships with external agencies, EMEA brand team, sales & field sales team and customer experience.
Recommend pricing strategy.
Key Requirements
- Master’s degree.
- At least 4 years’ experience managing brands in FMCG or building materials industries.
- Experience in product management, especially NPD project.
- Marketing communication experience including development and execution especially Digital and BTL campaigns.
- Commercially astute with excellent business analysis skills.
- Proven project management, analytical and organisational skills to structure the work with sufficient detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills in English and Polish.
- “Can do” mentality.
- MS Office working knowledge.
- Category B driving license.
