In Short:

We are seeking a highly motivated QA Specialist to join our team at our major site in Wapenveld, the Netherlands. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality and compliance with international standards within our organization. This autonomous position requires a diverse range of skills and responsibilities, as outlined below.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing our site and employees for IATF 16949 certification by December 31, 2024.
• Independently establishing, expanding, and maintaining an efficient and effective quality management system in accordance with the IATF 16949 standard.
• Equalizing the level of quality management across different departments.
• Facilitating workshops for the development of pFMEAs, control plans, and MSA studies.
• Preparing, coordinating, and guiding internal audits in line with the IATF 16949 standard, including monitoring the execution of action plans.
• Enhancing knowledge of the norm among employees within the scope of IATF 16949 through presentations and training sessions.
   

What Do You Bring?

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's / HBO degree in a technical field.
• Extensive knowledge of international standards, with a strong preference for ISO 9001 certification; IATF 16949 certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in risk management tools like pFMEA, including the ability to develop, implement, and adjust them.
• Familiarity with IATF (AIAG/VDA) Core Tools such as MSA, SPC, PPAP, and APQP is advantageous.
• Significant experience conducting (internal) quality audits.
• Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Demonstrable project management skills.
• Strong teamwork and customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent social and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience with quality methodologies and problem-solving techniques (e.g., 8D).
• Analytical thinking and persuasive abilities.
